Biography

lundy Thomas Lundy’s creations originate in the 1970s and 1980s, and were first publicized in 1990, when his music was featured in the British magazine Hip Hop Connexion. From then onwards he also worked as a writer, publishing articles in travel periodicals. During the 1990s Lundy also gained professional experience as an actor and in news archive research, as well as earning university degrees in foreign languages and education. Nude Not marked Lundy’s directorial debut in 2000, which he also acted in, wrote and produced. Shortly after completion, the film was sold to France’s CANAL+ television, and screened at various film festivals worldwide.
A year later saw Lundy making The Man Who Never Had A Girlfriend, a film that featured at the documentary festivals of Amsterdam and Pärnu in Estonia, in 2003 and 2004 respectively. During the new millennium’s first decade Lundy has been engaged with other film producers, writing, reviewing and developing scripts, lecturing and composing music. Having lived in Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland, Ireland and England, today Lundy is based in Amsterdam.
